   Your login arrives by email. Add towers and flats, or send us your Excel list.

2. Day 3

   Billing rules, amenities and complaint categories are set up with your committee.

3. Day 5

   Guards are trained on the gate tablet. The paper register retires.

4. Day 7

   Residents are invited to the app in English and Tamil.

5. Day 30

   Your first month of maintenance is collected by UPI, with receipts.

6. Day 60

   The committee decides. Your data stays with you either way.
