Can residents pay maintenance by UPI?

Yes. UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking are supported. Payment gateway charges are shown separately and can be passed on or absorbed by the society.

Can tenants pay instead of owners?

Yes. The owner can assign billing to the tenant, and both see the payment status.

Can we import our existing dues?

Yes. Opening balances can be imported from Excel during setup, flat by flat.
